The Stratcom has the role of designing Wavestone’s strategy, setting of action plans, defining the evolution of the firm’s value proposition and international expansion.
Operational Committee (OPCOM)
The Opcom is an operational steering body that is responsible of discussing operational and business issues, sharing priorities decided at Excom level, developing synergies, and monitoring risks.
