An “intern to permanent” approach

Every year, Wavestone takes on more than 200 trainees as interns or for apprenticeships. We see this as first step to permanent employment. Our commitment? A stimulating work environment that fosters learning and personal development, and the opportunity to be part of a strongly growing and highly respected consulting business. We have opportunities in all of our business disciplines (consulting, commercial, and supporting functions).

Recruited with the same level of rigor as our employees, our interns and work-study trainees can expect close management support, active participation in projects, and full involvement in corporate life.

We look for students who can show commitment and generate ideas, as well as being team players who focus on results.

Total immersion in the business

  • Internal projects: every year we offer interns the opportunity to work on a range of long-term, innovative projects, addressing areas where the company wants to develop its expertise. The objective is twofold: to build in-depth understanding of the subjects, and learn about our business processes by following a similar approach to that used in client-facing work.
  • Operational assignmentsour interns also have the opportunity to be fully immersed in operational assignments, with close support from senior staff. This experience of real business situations enables them to develop rapid autonomy.
