Wavestone will provide end-to-end support from Smart Lab conception through to deployment:

  • Structure an innovative and collaborative approach: implement work processes and methods based on agility and design thinking, creativity and ideation;
  • Set up and manage the Smart Lab: define selection criteria, carry out in-house and external interviews and monitor incubator projects;
  • Proof of Concept and testing: in-the-field testing before roll-out.
