Hudson & Yorke, part of Solucom group, has scooped the Performance Improvement in the Private Sector Award. This accolade was announced at the annual Management Consultancies Association (MCA) Awards on 21 April. The award recognises Hudson & Yorke's transformational work with Irish telecom operator eir.
eir Group was implementing a transformation programme to improve performance, address competitive challenges and exploit new business opportunities incorporating new disruptive technologies. eir Business was keen to innovate its outsourcing/managed services value proposition, improve business performance and win new business.
Hudson & Yorke was engaged to provide specialist advisory support to enable this performance improvement by refining the outsourcing proposition and developing the appropriate service delivery organisation.
