Biography of Benoît Darde

He has developed strong expertise in the management of major transformation projects, the organization of service centers, the rationalization of information systems, and the management of the IS sector. He is one of the authors of our Synthèse “Pilotage économique du SI, de la réduction des coûts au pilotage de la performance : les clés de l’IT fitness”.
