Biography of Imène Kabouya
Imène Kabouya is a Partner at Wavestone and a Board Member of the firm’s Artificial Intelligence Business Unit. For the past 18 years, she has advised major public and private organizations on large-scale digital transformation, helping them harness cloud, data and artificial intelligence to drive business performance and societal impact.
Throughout her career, Imène has led complex transformation programs across strategic sectors including banking, energy and public administration, working closely with executive leadership teams and government stakeholders. Her focus is on turning emerging technologies into tangible outcomes by addressing the organizational, operational and governance challenges that accompany digital transformation.
Today, she specializes in artificial intelligence adoption at scale, supporting organizations in defining their AI strategies, building trusted AI capabilities and accelerating value creation while navigating regulatory and technological complexity.
