2002/2003 turnover at ?24 million – in line with targets

As of March 31, 2003, the SoluCom Group achieved an annual turnover of €24 million. The figure, which represents an 11% progression, is in line with the targets announced in June 2002.

On the SoluCom – Idesys perimeter (excluding Arcome, which was consolidated as of September 1, 2001, i.e. 7 months over the 2001/2002 fiscal period), organic growth comes out to 11%.

During Q4 (from January 1 to March 31, 2003), the Group's turnover establishes itself at €6.5 million, up 6% from its previous year level.

Besides, SoluCom confirms an operating margin in excess of 6.4% for fiscal 2002/2003, in line with June 2002 targets.

“This satisfactory result illustrates the SoluCom Group's resistance capacity,” points out Pascal Imbert, CEO. “However, we do observe that the market remains extremely difficult and is characterized by very low visibility.”

SoluCom 2002/2003 results shall be published on June 25, 2003.
