Annual revenues : 27.2 million euros ; Up 13% – organic growth

SoluCom (ISIN: FR0004036036) announced today its annual revenues for its fiscal 2003/2004 ending March 31, 2004.
The Group's revenues totalled 27.2 million euros which represents organic growth of 13%.
This performance surpasses SoluCom's goal for its fiscal year: achieving a turnover above 24 million euros.
In a particularly tough market, characterised by a 10% drop in consulting activities (Source : Syntec, Annual 2003), the Group maintained and even accented its organic growth rhythm as compared to 11% for fiscal 2002/2003.
Besides, SoluCom is able to confirm that its target to maintain or increase its operating results as compared to last fiscal (2.2 million euros) will be substantially exceeded.
“The market has stabilised over the last few months but it remains erratic and we do not exclude temporary downturns. However we remain positive as regards 2004 which should show signs of restoration of our clients investments” commented SoluCom CEO Pascal Imbert. “ For the first time in three years market visibility has eased. We thus anticipate a continuation of our growth for fiscal 2004/2005. This has already been prepared during the second half of the current fiscal by taking step to increase staff”.
