Business growth over 9 months: +93%. Annual forecasts confirmed.

At the end of its third business quarter for 2001/2002, on December 31, 2002, the SoluCom group announced 93% growth for its year-to-date revenues, i.e. 15.4 million euros. Over that same period of time, SoluCom had 31% organic growth.

The revenue for the quarter comes out to 6.2 million euros, i.e. 29% sequential growth for the group (as compared to the second quarter) and 18% organic growth (for the SoluCom-Idesys entity).

These figures include the operations conducted by Idesys since April 1, 2001 and those conducted by Arcome since September 1, 2001.

Michel Dancoisne, Joint founder, SoluCom, pointed out:
"Our growth over these 9 months is in line with our latest forecasts. As we already announced, the third quarter displayed a decline in growth. However, it remained consistent with our expectations. We therefore confirm our annual targets presented on December 10, 2001."
