Half year revenues : ?12.3 million Purely organic growh : 10%

As at September 30^th, the SoluCom Group's consolidated turnover for the first half of the 2003/2004 financial year came out to €12.3 million.

Growth was 10% as compared to the first half of the previous financial year (€11.2 million). It is purely organic.

This progression was achieved in a market that was still tense, with a decline in consulting activities estimated at 10% for 2003 (source Syntec).

“We are satisfied with this progression. The fact that we have maintained significant organic growth since the beginning of the crisis affecting our sector confirms that we made the right choice by focusing on a high value-adding model,” commented Pascal Imbert, CEO of SoluCom. " We noted that the end of the half year saw some business recovery. Certain areas came out to be more dynamic, for example IT security, where we won several structuring projects.”

SoluCom shall publish the detailed results of H1 2003/2004 and its projections for the future on December 17^th.
