Q1 2005/2005 revenues : 8.9 Euro million – Up 19 %, organic

(1) IFRS impact on Q1 revenues 04/05 gives an amount of € 7.5 million as compared with €7.4 million published last year according to French accounting standards.

During the first quarter of fiscal 2005/2006, SoluCom achieved IFRS consolidated revenues of €8.9 million. This figure represents a 19% purely organic growth as compared with IFRS Q1 2004/2005 and confirms the Group's ability to deliver growth figures largely above average market rates.

These figures are in line with the Group's 15% organic growth objective for fiscal 2005/2006. This dynamic will also benefit from the contribution of Dreamsoft, a transaction announced last week and that will be finalised in the coming weeks.
