Q1 2007/2008 sales revenue: up 53%, of which 18% organic

Solucom kicked off 2007/2008 wonderfully, achieving sales of €17.2 million during the first quarter, up 53% on the same period last year. On a like for like basis, organic growth establishes itself at 18%, which is still far ahead that of the IT services market.

New'Arch, KLC and Vistali, consolidated since August 1, 2006, November 1, 2006, and April 1, 2007, respectively, confirm that they are well integrated into the group, with an overall contribution of €4.0 million over the quarter.

Dynamic sales activity and signing of first plan references for governance services

During the period, the group captured a number of successful sales. In particular, it was awarded, for its governance consulting services, the task of reflecting on convergence between the information systems of two important public organizations. The group was also selected by Pernod Ricard for conducting a worldwide sourcing operation.

Solucom also continued to win a number of upgrade to ToIP projects, in particular for the Ministry of Health and Dassault Systèmes.

Activity indicators perfectly in line with the Group's business plan

The head count at June 30, 2007 stood at 580 individuals, to be compared with 524 at March 31, 2007, up significantly. This is in particular due to the addition of Vistali staff since April 1, 2007. The activity rate over the period maintained itself at 86%, above the group's normative rate.

Solucom is perfectly in line with its business plan and confirms its financial targets for financial 2007§/2008: achieve consolidated sales of €70 million, up 30% altogether, and a current operating margin between 11% and 13%.
