Solucom announces a bond issue underwritten by the Micado France 2018 Fund as part as the financing of its “Solucom 2015” strategic plan

On 26 October 2012 Solucom issued a debenture for € 3 million, underwritten by the Micado France 2018 Fund, managed by Portzamparc Gestion. The bonds will bear a fixed interest of 5.5% and will be repayable as a bullet on 2 October 2018. They will be quoted on the NYSE Alternext, Paris (ISIN: FR0011349091).

The income from this issue is intended to contribute to the financing of the "Solucom 2015" plan, which breaks down into 3 key strategic movements for the firm:

  • To become a champion in the transformation of businesses by combining business and technological know-how;
  • To break out of France in order to provide better support to the firm's international clients;
  • To achieve a new level in size, with a sales turnover of €170m – 200m by 2015.

This bond issue is part of the Micado France 2018 project, a contract fund invested in non-rated bonds and launched by Accola, Investeam and Middlenext, which lets medium-size French companies have access to the bonds market.

Solucom has been helped in this issue by the Portzamparc stock exchange company, and advised by FIDAL.

Upcoming dates: half-year results for the 2012/13 financial year on 27 November 2012 (after close of trading).
