SoluCom joins the NextEconomy segment of Euronext Paris

Solucom has decided to list its shares on the NextEconomy segment of the Euronext Paris market. This move reflects Solucom's desire to attain high standards of financial reporting, transparency and liquidity.

Companies admitted to the NextEconomy segment notably have to ensure that their shares are continuously traded, post quarterly earnings reports, hold regular analysts' meetings and publish a provisional reporting schedule. In addition, Solucom has put an English-language version of its investors' web site online (see the Investor's area at www.solucom.fr) and now publishes all of its financial documents in French and in English.

Commenting on the move, Michel Dancoisne said "Since its IPO, Solucom has always endeavoured to provide investors with the most comprehensive and transparent information possible, and our decision to join the NextEconomy segment fits perfectly with this approach."
