Solucom participates in a meeting to present a proposed debenture issue by Accola, Investeam, MiddleNext and Portzamparc Gestion

For almost a year Solucom has been involved in a strategic plan named "Solucom 2015", which breaks down into 3 key actions for the firm:

• To take a leading position with business line customers;
• To break out of France in order to provide better support to the firm's international clients;
• To achieve a new level in size, with a sales turnover of EUR 170M – 200M by 2015.

As part of this growth program, the company remains open to every form of financing, and is accordingly examining the possibility of taking part in an issue of debentures that in the end will be subscribed by the Micado France 2018 Investment Fund, created for this purpose.
On this occasion Solucom has announced that on Wednesday 21 March 2012 it will take part, alongside the other quoted issuers, in a presentation of this debenture, intended for institutional investors.

About the Micado France 2018 Investment Fund
Accola, Investeam, MiddleNext and Portzamparc Gestion are behind an initiative to let some twenty quoted French mid-caps issue debentures, purchased by a contractual Investment Fund set up for this purpose, whose shares will be subscribed by professional investors.
The structure of funds such as Micado France 2018 provides an effective response to the difficult business situation, while at the same time allowing French intermediary sized companies access to the bonds market and institutional investors to diversify their portfolios with new French industrial opportunities at an interesting yield-risk ratio.
