Solucom wins the 2012 shareholders relations prize

Solucom announces that it has received the Shareholder Relations Prize for Small-Caps at the prize award ceremony that took place on 27 November 2012.

The prize, organised by the Les Echos / Investir Group, together with Mazars, rewards best practice in financial communications among quoted companies.

Methodology of the Shareholder Relations Prize

Nominees are divided into 3 issuer categories: CAC 40 and Next 20, Sections A and B (excluding CAC 40 and Next 20) and Section C and NYSE Alternext. Prizewinners are chosen through an online questionnaire and a summary they are asked to complete. Six standards of investor relations were analysed:

• the annual report and other financial documents,
• the general meeting and other shareholder meetings,
• the company's website,
• financial information,
• the shareholders' club and committees,
• relations with investors and financial analysts.

The selection committee is made up of 13 influential members and chaired by Henri Lachmann, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Schneider Electric, and supervises the rigorous application of this methodology.

A prize that rewards Solucom's efforts in financial communications

A year after receiving the Prize for Best Mid-Cap Investor Relations, this prize is a new acknowledgment of the efforts made by Solucom in financial communications and relations with its shareholders, financial analysts and investors, both institutional and private. It encourages the firm to continue this approach, offering new activities to strengthen these links and ensure shareholders always have a better knowledge about the company, its business, financial results and strategy.
