How we support your business goals with Corporate Finance Consulting, Procurement & HR
Supporting the transformation of the finance function
Our close relationship with finance departments and expertise in technological enablers that place data at the core of the function allow us to successfully support you through your most complex transformations.
- Leverage ERP and EPM changes to simplify, standardize, and automate finance processes and build the sought-after data-centricity, enabling performance and risk management, decision-making, simulations…
- Turn management control, liquidity, and ALM functions into true performance drivers for the company: embrace the data shift, adopt agile EPM or analytics tools, rethink budgeting processes and forecasting/stress-testing models to enhance the company’s anticipatory capacity and responsiveness.
- Transform the limitations of outdated consolidation, financial, and regulatory reporting tools into opportunities to rethink processes, data models, production timelines, and controls.
- Integrate ESG dimensions into enterprise performance management and position the finance department as a “sustainable business partner” alongside the CSR team.
- Redesign the Finance function globally by designing and implementing next-generation Global Business Services (GBS) and Shared Service Centers (SSC).
- Support the implementation of accounting standards and local and international regulatory changes (IFRS, Basel, ESG/CSRD, Pillar 2/GloBE, e-invoicing…) while maximizing the return on these projects beyond mere compliance.
- Foster or reinforce continuous improvement in core processes by combining lean methods with digital tools (notably AI and data-centric approaches) and supporting upskilling: Fast close, Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R), etc.
Supporting the transformation of the procurement function
A comprehensive and diverse offering addressing the major challenges of procurement transformation. Thanks to our diverse expertise, we intervene at every major stage of the procurement process:
- Organization: We design transformation roadmaps for the extended procurement function (including delegated procurement and supply), integrating processes, IT systems, organizational aspects, adoption strategies, and team support (coaching & training).
- Technology & Data: We design and implement Source-to-Pay systems, improve supplier relationship and risk management (SRM & SVM), and work to enrich and secure core procurement data (supplier databases, contracts, segmentation) to fully leverage new technologies including AI.
- Contract Management: We define the scope and assist in the selection and deployment of solutions dedicated to the management of contracts and their data (upstream and downstream). We design target operating models from contract creation, validation, and electronic signature to the management of commitments through to their renewal or expiration. We establish dedicated Contract Manager organizations.
- Responsible Procurement: We conduct ESG maturity diagnostics and risk analyses, support RFAR labeling, decarbonize procurement practices, and analyze CSRD’s impact on governance, tools, and processes.

- Transform capital management, NPL, and end-to-end credit risk functions into performance drivers: rely on trusted data, use big data or agile analytics tools, rethink calculation engines and forecasting/stress-test models to increase anticipation and agility.
- Turn outdated regulatory and prudential consolidation systems into opportunities to rethink processes, data granularity, production timelines, controls, and audit trails.
- Rethink the Risk function’s organization as a full-fledged business line and implement next-gen GBS and SSC structures for certain functions.
- Support the implementation of local and international regulatory changes (Basel IV, ESG, iRef, BIRD, IFRS 9 & 17…) while maximizing investments and outcomes beyond pure compliance.
