Key focus areas
The 2025 Radar is organized around five core challenges shaping the future of Customer Experience (CX). These themes serve as the foundation for classifying selected startups. Notably, generative AI stands as a cross-cutting category, central to all major CX innovations.
- Employee Engagement (13 startups): Solutions that foster team development, recognition, and people-centered management
- Operational Efficiency (38 startups): Tools to boost productivity, enhance customer insights, and automate workflows
- Customer Journey (31 startups): Innovations that deliver seamless, personalized, and immersive customer journeys
- Customer Satisfaction (17 startups): Voice-of-the-customer analysis to strengthen loyalty and build trust
- Positive Impact (18 startups): Solutions driving responsible practices in data use, transparency, and sustainability
Purpose & Methodology
The Customer Experience Startup Radar highlights emerging trends, key industry metrics, and a structured map of the most promising solutions. It’s a strategic tool to help organizations track market shifts, choose the right technology partners, and accelerate customer-centric transformation.
The selection process follows four key phases:
- Scoping and theme definition
- Startup sourcing
- Qualification and assessment
- Final selection and categorization
This edition was developed between April 1 and June 30, 2025, based on an analysis of French startups under five years old, with a market-ready MVP and operating under B2B or B2B2C models.
