Wavestone brings us its domain expertise and deep knowledge of its clients. This is a real opportunity to adapt our sales messaging. Not to mention the shared offices, day-to-day interactions, collective momentum, and exchanges with consultants.
Shake’Up is a tremendous opportunity that will enable us to grow through meaningful partnerships, increase Naaia’s visibility, and co-create relevant content. It is invaluable support at a key moment in our journey.

Wavestone radars
Highly consulted market overviews
Wavestone teams have developed the Radars©Wavestone, true differentiators that provide a clear understanding of markets through sector-based or thematic lenses.
A “radar” serves two main purposes:
– Decoding the market and identifying emerging trends
– Mapping and meeting tomorrow’s high-potential startups to identify synergies with our clients
Frequently cited by the press, Radars©Wavestone do not claim to be exhaustive. Our consultants follow a rigorous methodology to select the startups featured. As an independent consulting firm, our radars have no commercial purpose and aim primarily to provide a qualified snapshot of the market at a given point in time.
Each radar is presented as a visual mapping of all identified players in a given field, structured around key market trends. Given the volatility of today’s economic environment, radars are generally updated annually and require continuous technology watch and expertise.
Today, we have identified more than 3,000 startups and maintain around fifteen active radars.
Shake’Up calls for projects
Each year, Shake’Up by Wavestone launches a thematic call for projects aligned with current developments in one of its sectors or with a key innovation topic.
These calls are open to startups that already have at least a defined solution or product and are looking for support to scale their development through the firm’s combined business, technology, and sustainability expertise. Startups accelerated by Shake’Up also benefit from business introductions to Wavestone clients. They may be hosted in the firm’s offices if needed and receive coaching on their overall strategy (business model, value proposition, technology contribution, etc.). Finally, they can also leverage Wavestone’s international network, now established in 17 countries.
Startups are invited to apply over a one-month period. Following an initial selection by the Shake’Up team, shortlisted companies are invited to pitch their projects before a jury composed of Wavestone experts, startups, clients, and other firm partners.
The calls for projects of the last two editions focused on Artificial Intelligence and Sustainability.
Women in Tech Award by Wavestone & Les Echos & Serena
Jointly led by Wavestone, Les Echos, and Serena, the Women Entrepreneurs in Tech Award aims to spotlight a woman who is shaping or actively contributing to the European technology landscape. The winner benefits from tailored support from the three partners, including media visibility, bespoke coaching, and connections with key market players.
In 2025, for its first edition, the award was presented to a leading figure in cybersecurity, Marie Paindavoine, founder of Skyld. In 2026, the award will highlight an entrepreneur in artificial intelligence.
To ensure the strongest possible sourcing, beyond startups already identified by Wavestone, through its radars, various calls for projects, and VivaTech screening, we rely on recommendations from our innovation partners, including BPI, France Digitale, and La French Tech, as well as the extensive network of Les Echos. A call for applications is also published on LinkedIn.
Shake’Up, partner of Viva Technology
Since its creation, we have been proud to partner with Viva Technology, Europe’s largest event dedicated to technological innovation and startups. It is a must-attend event to decode major technology trends, meet the players shaping tomorrow’s innovation, and strengthen synergies between large corporations, startups, and public-sector stakeholders.
As part of this partnership, we mobilize our resources and experts around dedicated client journeys, designed for C-level executives from major French and international groups, around 300 in 2025, representing nearly 800 clients.
