2025 Annual General Meeting: Remote voting open

All Wavestone shareholders, regardless of the number of shares they hold, are invited to vote on the resolutions of the firm’s Annual General Meeting. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 29 at 9:00 AM (CET), in the presence of shareholders, with a videoconference broadcast and live remote voting.

As a shareholder, you can also exercise your voting rights remotely before the General Meeting:

• Online, via the secure VOTACCESS platform
• By mail, using the dedicated voting form

Here are the key deadlines to keep in mind:

• Online voting via VOTACCESS is open until Monday, July 28, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. (Paris time). It is recommended to not wait until the day before the meeting to cast your vote
• Postal voting forms and proxies must be received no later than July 26, 2025
