Annual General Meeting 2025: first documents available

The 2025 Combined General Meeting of Wavestone will be held on Tuesday, July 29 at 9:00 AM (CET), in the presence of shareholders, with a videoconference broadcast and live remote voting.

Ahead of the meeting, Wavestone published the following documents on Friday, June 20, on the General Meeting documents page in the Investors section of the website:

• Meeting notice (BALO)
• Meeting notice
• Text and summary of proposed resolutions
• Table of currently valid authorizations to increase company share capital
• Registered share ownership status and number of votes on 06/20/2025
• Financial statements and activity reports, including the annual financial report
• Postal voting form

These documents are available in both French and English, except the meeting notice (BALO) and the financial statements and activity reports, which are available in French only. This final document will be published in English on the 25^th of July, 2025, at the latest.
