Wavestone today announces its participation in the newly awarded EU Cybersecurity Professional Services Framework Contract (FREIA). The framework provides a robust mechanism to strengthen cyber resilience across Europe.

As part of the consortium, Wavestone will deliver strategic cybersecurity services aligned with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, supporting EU institutions across all key functions: Governance, Risk Identification, Protection, Detection, Response, and Recovery.

This represents a major step in Wavestone’s ongoing commitment to European cybersecurity.

The FREIA framework is designed to strengthen operational readiness and security posture across the Union. Services will include risk management, compliance, awareness and education, secure architecture design, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, incident response, and forensic analysis.

“This achievement is a testament to our team’s dedication and expertise”, said Alessandro Zamboni, Partner and EU Account Leader at Wavestone. “We are honored to contribute to Europe’s cybersecurity future and look forward to collaborating closely with Unisys, Uni Systems, and EU institutions to deliver resilient, high-impact solutions”.

“Cybersecurity is a strategic priority for EU institutions, and we are proud to support them through this framework” added Noëmie Honoré, Associate Partner at Wavestone and Cybersecurity Lead for Belgium and Luxembourg. “Our teams are ready to provide high-impact services that will help build a more secure digital Europe”.
