  • 74% place people (safety, skills, and reducing operational strain) at the heart of their initiatives.
  • Artificial Intelligence is increasingly a key performance driver, while raising new challenges around industrialization.
  • Moving from POC to full-scale deployment remains a central challenge, where data quality and interoperability are critical success factors.
