Anne Régnier
Anne has built her entire career at Wavestone, joining Solucom in 1997. Starting as a Telecoms & Cybersecurity consultant, she quickly transitioned into sales and account management, where she successfully developed major client relationships, notably with EDF and ENGIE.
Over the years, Anne held several senior sales leadership roles, where she was responsible for the firm’s global turnover (€450m) and played a central role in shaping Wavestone’s commercial strategy, managing key framework contracts, and supporting the development of major accounts across all sectors.
In parallel, she also contributed to the firm’s governance and values as Ethics Officer, working on the Business Ethics Charter and handling employee alerts with integrity and independence.
Since 2022, Anne has been Head of Sales for Wavestone’s Sustainability business unit and a member of the firms’s Leadership Circle. In this role, she combines her extensive sales expertise with her personal commitment to environmental and social issues, helping to accelerate the firm’s contribution to the ecological and social transition.

Jean-Tristan Allègre
Jean-Tristan joined Wavestone in 2010. After several years acting as a consultant and addressing IT infrastructure transformation issues for various clients, he pursued a new path within the sales team.
He has led key several accounts with a strong focus on the Energy sector, playing a key role in expanding Wavestone’s footprint year after year, with great commercial successes on large and complex deals.
Additionally, as the business unit sales leader for the French Transport, Infrastructure, Manufacturing & Energy since 2022, he contributed significantly to the development of the business unit, defining sales strategy and leading sales operations globally.

Romain Pointereau
After 12 years at Wavestone in France and in the United Kingdom, Romain has become a trusted partner to clients around the world. He has gained solid experience in managing major digital transformation programs, with a strong focus on delivering business value.
Romain is currently part of the leadership team of the Wavestone’s Digital Customer business unit. He is specialized in advising clients on how to:
- Develop new business models in a digital world
- Make data the primary enabler of business strategy
- Approach transformation with a customer-centric mindset
- Reinvent operations to adapt to evolving consumer habits
In recent years, he has developed a deep understanding of the challenges across various sectors, including Luxury, Beauty, Retail, and Consumer Goods.

Imène Kabouya
Imène joined Wavestone 18 years ago and has built a rich career within the Technology Advisory teams, the Public Sector, and more recently within the AI business unit, which she joined last July.
An expert in information systems, she has gained solid experience in key areas such as Cloud, workplace environment, data, and artificial intelligence, designing and leading numerous digital transformation programs in strategic sectors such as banking, energy, and more recently, public administration. These assignments have brought her into direct contact with top decision-making bodies, including executive boards and ministerial offices, working on high-stakes projects.
She led Wavestone’s Digital Workplace consulting offering for several years (2015–2022), helping to establish it as a market benchmark, before taking responsibility for the expert group dedicated to the digital transformation of the Public Sector.
Passionate about technology and geopolitics, Imène is particularly committed to issues of digital sovereignty and artificial intelligence. She regularly publishes opinion pieces in economic and specialized media to foster dialogue between public authorities, businesses, and civil society on the digital future of France and Europe.

Johann Chazelle
Graduating from INSA Lyon in 2012 with a specialization in Computer Science, Johann joined Wavestone’s Information Systems Transformation team before focusing on the Financial industry.
For over a decade, Johann has been guiding the transformations of leading banks and insurance companies through IT Master Plans, architectural studies, and large program management. Since 2017, Johann has also developed a robust proficiency in Data and AI, supporting our clients in these areas.
A member of the Financial Services leadership team since 2020, Johann joined our newly established Artificial Intelligence business unit on July 1, 2025, to drive our clients’ acceleration in this field.

Joad Tenenbaum
Joad leads Sales for our Financial Services business unit in France and is a member of Wavestone’s Leadership Circle.
With nearly two decades of experience in the financial services sector, Joad has played a central role in developing and managing strategic client relationships, including Credit Agricole, Société Générale, BNP Paribas and, more recently, BPCE. He has made significant contributions to winning several large-scale transformation initiatives in the industry.
Since 2022, Joad has been responsible for defining the sales strategy of Wavestone’s Financial Services business unit in France. He has worked to improve sales effectiveness across our banking and insurance clients, while also growing and upskilling the account teams dedicated to these strategic clients.

Romain Garilli
Romain joined Wavestone in January 2013 and was appointed Partner and Member of the Leadership Circle in 2025. An engineering graduate from ECE Paris with a specialized Master’s degree in Management from ESSEC Business School and Télécom Paris, he has built extensive experience serving clients in the financial services sector.
His work focuses on two main areas: designing business and IT target operating models, and leading major business & IT transformation programs—such as the launch of an online bank or the complete overhaul of an insurance business line.
At Wavestone, he has always been strongly involved in the firm’s performance—across business development, HR, and staffing—which recently led him to take on the role of business unit Leader for Financial Services. Passionate about technology, he is particularly engaged in harnessing the potential of AI to accelerate transformation.


Associate Partners
Bertrand Carlier
Bertrand has been at Wavestone for over 20 years working on every Identity topic within our Cybersecurity teams. He has led major Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects across a wide range of industries, working closely with client companies to shape and secure their digital identity strategies. He is regularly involved on cross-practices engagements with IT architects and Design Authorities or business experts in the Digital Customer, Manufacturing or Public Sectors.
Bertrand is deeply involved in the development and promotion of open standards, contributing to the evolution of the IAM field through active participation in standardization efforts at the OpenID Foundation. He is also a board member of IDPro. He brings strong expertise and loves to deep dive into highly technical topics while also translating complex cybersecurity challenges into strategic insights for C-level executives. His expertise is recognized both in France and globally, highlighted by his role as a recurrent speaker at the US Identiverse conference.
His deep knowledge of cybersecurity and architecture is key to the delivery of strategic engagements on Zero Trust programs, API & Microservices architecture, Extended Enterprise initiatives, or Move-to-Cloud programs. Passionate about innovation, he thrives on tackling emerging IAM challenges such as IAM for the Internet of Things, Continuous Access Evaluation, and the intersection of AI and Identity.

Romain Gagliardi
Romain is currently leading the Asia Technology Advisory teams and managing the Singapore office since 2022.
After having started his career as an ERP architect at Lesaffre Mexico, and joined Wavestone in 2013, Romain spent 9 years in Paris where he led strategic IT M&A assignments.
He brings 15 years of experience in IT and business transformation, with deep expertise in global application and infrastructure transformation programs.
He is also actively engaged in thought leadership, regularly speaking at digital and technology events across Asia.

Pierre Narce
Pierre joined Wavestone in March 2015 as a final-year intern and has now been with the firm for over 10 years. He began his career within the former Infrastructure & Data Architecture business unit before moving to Digital & Emerging Technologies, which later became the CTO Advisory through the merger of several technology teams — a natural evolution that placed Pierre exactly where his expertise was most relevant. Throughout his journey, Pierre helped establish a strong footprint at AXA through Digital Workplace-related engagements. He is deeply involved in its business unit performance management and is a member of its leadership team.
In parallel, Pierre assumed leadership of the BNP Paribas account as Sparring Partner during a period of declining technology presence. Under his guidance, the account has become one of the key clients of his business unit. Pierre primarily supports large-scale IT programs within the banking sector, covering IT strategy, regulatory-driven remediation, process optimization, and sourcing initiatives.

Yuri Hofte
Yuri joined Wavestone in 2014 and has since built a strong track record in strategic IT transformation, with a particular focus on the digital workplace. As part of the CTO Advisory business unit, he has led and expanded Wavestone’s Future of Work offering over the past five years, bringing a sharp perspective on digital workplace trends and helping clients navigate major shifts in how technology shapes collaboration, productivity, and employee experience.
More recently, he played a key role in accelerating the firm’s M365 Copilot development and in strengthening Wavestone’s strategic partnership with Microsoft.
Yuri is now extending his focus to wider AI topics, contributing to the launch of Wavestone’s new AI business unit, where he will support clients in unlocking the full potential of AI in their transformation journeys.

Othmane Kharbach
Othmane joined Wavestone’s Paris office in 2015 after graduating from an engineering school specializing in Telecoms and Networks, and has built his entire career at the firm.
He began his consulting journey working on major telecom transformation projects, a historical area of expertise for Wavestone. Today, Othmane is part of the CTO Advisory business unit Leadership Team, where he supports his clients on large-scale IT transformation initiatives. While maintaining his deep knowledge of network-related challenges, he has broadened his scope to encompass a wide range of IT topics.
Over the years, he has led Wavestone’s Telecom & Network offering internally. Beyond advising clients on their IT transformation programs, Othmane is highly engaged in business development for key accounts such as ENGIE, driving synergies across business units. He also plays a key role in strengthening the firm’s partnership with ServiceNow—boosting visibility, creating thought leadership content, and fostering cross-BU collaboration—and in expanding CTO Advisory’s footprint on AI topics.
Othmane has also contributed to Wavestone’s internal governance as an employee representative, actively participating in strategic decisions for the France perimeter early in his career.

Hélène Prache
Hélène joined Wavestone 8 years ago. Prior to that, she worked for nearly 10 years within European and North American stock exchanges, and then in management consulting.
She has extensive experience managing large-scale and complex projects and programs, and she frequently operates within Global Markets, Global Banking, Securities Services or Asset Management.
Her experience spans across opportunity studies, large transformation/remediation initiatives, impact analysis to target operating model design and implementation.
For more than 2 and a half years, Hélène has led a key assignment within BNPP Inspection Générale managing more than 35 consultants. She is a strategic & analytical thinker, fast learner, problem solver and getting things done. She enjoys working in multicultural environments.
She thrives in challenging transversal positions, requiring getting people to move along new directions and leveraging her international experience.

Marie-Morgane Henry
Marie-Morgane has been with Wavestone for over 12 years, supporting clients in the financial sector through their major transformation programs. In particular, she focuses on key topics such as customer experience strategies, the positioning of digital channels, and organizational models.
She also contributes to broader industry thinking on the future of banking, especially around financial service models and the growing impact of digital in the banking and insurance sectors.
Actively engaged in Wavestone’s collective dynamic, Marie-Morgane has also developed a strong HR focus, taking on several key roles: Career Development Manager, where she supports the growth of future talent, and Gender Equality Officer, helping advance gender equality within the Financial Services business unit.

Guillaume Masson
Guillaume leads the activities of the Nantes business unit.
With nearly 20 years of consulting experience, he is a trusted advisor to CIOs across various industries, leveraging Wavestone’s full range of expertise to help them achieve their goals.
He has strong experience in scoping and executing digital transformation programs, transforming operating models, and optimizing costs.
Guillaume also plays a key role in Wavestone’s development in Western France, contributing significantly to the growth of the Nantes BU’s client portfolio and teams.

Audrey Gramain
A graduate of AUDENCIA, Audrey has been supporting the transformations of the Finance and Reporting functions of large groups on the French and international sides for more than 20 years.
After 8 years of finance consulting in the industrial sector, she joined the Financial Services business unit of IneumConsulting in 2010 which became KurtSalmon then Wavestone. She has expertise in financial consolidation covering standards, regulations, organization, processes, technologies and solutions. She specializes in major French and international bancassurance accounts.
She supports major multi-year transformation programs, launched under external constraints (ECB, supervisors and regulators) or internal constraints (audit, internal inspection, merger-split type structural operations), alongside operational and IT clients. In this context, she is the preferred contact for CFOs and their management.
Within FS, she supports the development of employees through her role as Career Development Manager for more than 10 years, and her investment in technical-functional training on financial consolidation and Finance. She is also a direct stakeholder in the dynamics of the Finance Expertise Field and the development of the key Finance Consolidation offer within the business unit.
