Wavestone appoints one new Partner and eight Associate Partners

Dr. Thiemo BRANDT

Thiemoleads the German Product Security team at Wavestone. With over ten years of experience in the automotive and industrial sectors, he focuses on business development, cybersecurity, and product innovation. He holds a PhD in strategic management.

Since joining Wavestone in 2018, he co-founded the Stuttgart office and helped establish the German automotive team, building strong client relationships with Daimler Truck, CARIAD, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and DEKRA. Following the introduction of the first automotive cybersecurity regulation in 2021, he set up a dedicated team and delivery model for automotive cybersecurity.

As standards for cybersecurity and software update management systems evolved, Thiemo expanded his work to industrial clients, maintaining a focus on digital product security. In 2025, his team continued to grow, specializing in vehicle security, OT security and integrated security governance.

Cezary OCHMAN

With over 14 years of experience in IT and software development, Cezary brings a strong track record in project leadership, innovation, and building high-performing technology teams. His practical mindset blends delivery excellence with a deep understanding of complex digital environments and evolving business needs.

Since joining Wavestone in 2018, he has evolved through roles in project and delivery management, pre-sales, and innovation. Today, he leads the Microsoft area in Poland, focusing on delivering complex software development projects and helping clients leverage cloud, data, and AI technologies to drive innovation and business value.

Cezary works with key international clients across various industries, including energy, industrial, manufacturing, and beyond. He supports organizations in their digital transformation efforts, helping them meet strategic goals through tailored technology and software solutions.

Dr. Zarah DE LUCA-HELLWIG

With over ten years of consulting experience, Zarah brings a strong focus on change and communications, supported by an academic background in rhetoric, sociology, and political science.

Working for Wavestone since 7 years, she combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, helping organizations navigate complex transformation processes with clarity and impact. Current projects include implementing a CIO strategy at Mercedes-Benz, leading product security communications plus leadership development and team growth through coaching at Daimler Truck.

As the account manager for Mercedes-Benz and Daimler Truck, she is now expanding the accounts in her role as Account Portfolio Manager for Automotive & Industries. Her passion for sales is also reflected in the successful development of long-term C-level relationships and a strong client network.

Paolo CHIARLE

Paolo joined Wavestone in 2021 and brings 18 years of consulting experience across 9 companies and 4 industries, along with a considerable number of clients and projects.

As Account Portfolio Manager for global delivery, Paolo presented a case based on the achievements made with General Reinsurance (Gen RE). Under his management, Gen RE has grown to be one of our most relevant International Insurance clients, strengthening the long-standing relationship established by Wavestone Insurance Partners.

André WOLZENBURG

André joined Wavestone in the business unit SAP in 2013 and managed to double the size of the Swiss SAP CRM team at the time. Since then, André has been strongly committed to combining our technical and professional skills across countries and topics to achieve the best added value for our customers.

With 20 years of track record in SAP CRM, SAP CX and professional CRM/ CX consulting André serves his customers as a trusted advisor in any aspect of digitizing and innovating their customer interface and implementing fully integrated end2end sales, service and marketing processes.

André is responsible for the CX team within the business unit Application, Data & Technology and a growing cross-country team of 14 experienced CRM/CX consultants covering a wide range of technological and functional topics from SAP CRM/CX to SAP S/4HANA Service and cutting-edge MS Dynamics Customer Engagement capabilities.

Frank TEICHERT

Frank successfully completed his studies in business informatics and has more than 17 years of consulting experience in the financial industry. His experience with various IT transformation projects makes him an excellent partner for technological and professional topics.

Since joining Wavestone in 2021, Frank has taken on more responsibility in sales and combined his extensive knowledge with sales topics. He advises customers on process-related topics in  test and release management.

Frank currently works as an account portfolio manager in sector business unit sales, where he is responsible for four large, nationally active customers from the financial sector. Frank continues to support his customers operationally with all matters related to digital transformation.

Tim SCHRÖDER

Tim is a seasoned expert with a Master of Science in Insurance and Finance, bringing over 14 years of experience in the financial sector. He spent 9 years in management consulting, specializing in strategy consulting with a clear business focus on Customer Experience Management.

Since joining Wavestone in 2018, Tim co-founded the CX Guild and has played a key role in establishing Customer Experience as a core consulting service in the DACH region. Tim’s passion is to work with talented and motivated colleagues to design innovative customer interfaces that enable genuine customer experiences within the Customer Journey.

Tim is part of the business unit Insurance Germany and is responsible for the topic sales approach. In his role, he combines sales and delivery, supports the development of new clients, and works together with the sector to expand existing client relationships in the financial service area.

Julian BISCHOF

With 20 years of experience in the financial sector, Julian stands out as regulatory expert in risk management, corporate governance and sustainability.After working for 12 years in multiple functions for an insurance group – both, in Germany and in the Netherlands – leading multiple projects to success, he shaped his expertise and capabilities for another 8 years in the consulting industry.Since joining Wavestone in 2021, Julian has been heading the Risk Transformation and ESG team and succeeded in

• building up a team of 10 highly qualified colleagues, covering topics such as (IT) Risk Management, Sustainability, and AI Risk Management
• winning multiple new clients for Wavestone, and
• acquiring and managing major projects by orchestrating interdisciplinary and international teams, amongst which projects at MunichRe and major primary insurers.

Since many years, Julian is a noted speaker and educator. Amongst others, he provides lectures at Duale Hochschule in Mannheim, IU International University as well as at Deutsche Aktuar-Akademie GmbH (DAA) and European Actuarial Academy GmbH (EAA).

Daniel BÖHM

Daniel joined Wavestone in 2018. Since then, he has been responsible for business development and projects relating to smart metering, smart building and smart energy in our energy team. He also represents Wavestone and these topics in various committees and associations in Germany.

With over 15 years of experience, Daniel has in-depth knowledge of the legal, regulatory, technical and process-related aspects of energy supply companies. In his long career as a consultant, Daniel has supported numerous clients from the energy and real estate industry as a project manager in strategic and operational projects. These include numerous smart meter rollout projects, e.g. in Germany, Denmark, Turkey and Cyprus, as well as the establishment of a charging infrastructure for electric vehicles.

Before joining Wavestone, Daniel founded a consulting company, which he built up and established on the market as Managing Director.
