The methodology behind the ranking
To be eligible for the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For in Europe list, employers must have 500 or more employees in Europe and must appear on at least one national best workplaces list in Europe. To determine this list, Great Place To Work surveyed companies employing more than 2.7 million people in Europe. 1.2 million responses were received from employees at companies who were eligible and this list is based on their feedback.
A recognition built on employee’s feedback
European offices’ positive results to the Great Place to work survey underscore the growing consistency of our workplace culture across borders:
- 81% of employees believe that taking everything into account, Wavestone is a great place to work
- Over 90% agree that everyone here is treated fairly and with respect, regardless of their gender, race, disability or sexual orientation
- 86% feel that people care about each other in the company
