Wavestone & CEFCYS: A new partnership agreement for women in Cybersecurity
October 9, 2025

In Europe, only 20% of cybersecurity professionals are women.
a number that highlights a persistent imbalance, but one that can and must change.
At Wavestone, women already make up 30% of our cyber teams, an encouraging figure in this field. But we want to go further by actively contributing to the growth of an entire community. That’s why we decided to join forces with CEFCYS – Le CErcle des Femmes de la CYberSécurité, by signing a partnership agreement.
Our ambition: to share our expertise, support female talent, and take collective action so that diversity and gender equality become a tangible reality in the cybersecurity sector.

The partnership was officially launched on Wednesday, September 24th, 2025, at our La Défense offices, during an evening event that brought together employees, CEFCYS members, and ecosystem stakeholders.
On the agenda:
- Presentation of CEFCYS’s missions and initiatives
- Sharing Wavestone’s actions to promote gender balance
- A roundtable discussion with Didier Gras (CISO BCEF, BNP Paribas), Manon Dubien (Vice President, CEFCYS), Aude Thirriot and Noëmie Honoré (Associate Partners, Wavestone) on the progress made and the challenges ahead
- A cocktail reception to continue the conversation in a friendly setting
In practice, this partnership will fuel a wide range of initiatives: mentoring, awareness-raising, promotion, and support for women in cybersecurity. These actions will benefit CEFCYS members, Wavestone employees, and the broader ecosystem alike.
Our shared goal is clear: to advance diversity and gender equality in cybersecurity, together!
