Biography of Eugen Ensinger
Eugen has been an Associate Partner at Wavestone since 2024, where he leads the AI-as-a-Service team. In this role, he drives the strategic development of the business area and supports enterprises and financial institutions in implementing Conversational and Agentic AI projects. His work focuses on sustainable value creation, digital excellence, and leveraging Artificial Intelligence to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Prior to joining Wavestone, Eugen helped build the Customer Success team at Cognigy, serving as a key interface between clients and technology providers. He supported organizations in establishing Centers of Excellence, identifying impactful AI use cases, and developing strategic roadmaps for the adoption of Conversational AI. As Director of Product Management at Verivox, he was responsible for shaping the digital product strategy and user experience in the telecommunications sector, focusing on customer-centric and data-driven services.
Eugen began his career at Vodafone Germany, where he developed new security products and led the introduction of eSIM technology for enterprise customers. With deep expertise in digital product development, innovation, and AI-driven transformation, Eugen empowers organizations to shape their digital future.
