Biography of Holger Eder
Holger Eder, MBA, is a Partner at Wavestone, where he is responsible for SAP Transformation, Data Intelligence, and Custom Software Solutions across the DACH region, as well as for the nearshore delivery units in Romania and Poland. He is an experienced technology and transformation leader with extensive management expertise in industry sectors such as automotive, energy, and digital value creation.
With more than twenty years of experience in consulting, sales, and management, he actively shapes the digital future of organizations – with a particular focus on scalable, high-quality solutions and sustainable growth.
Before joining Wavestone, Holger Eder was a Partner at MHP – A Porsche Company, where he led the development of industrial cloud solutions for German OEMs and served as the responsible partner for global automotive supplier accounts. Previously, he held senior positions at exempTec, Ricoh Europe, and Deutsche Telekom, where he managed IT projects for the 2006 FIFA World Cup, among others.
He holds an MBA in Management and Communication from FHW Vienna and a Bachelor’s degree in IT Business Management. In addition, he completed several executive programs at the St. Gallen Business School.
