Pro-bono assignments and Powerdays, leveraging our capabilities to support the transformation of non-profit organizations

Wavestone supports actions that create social value, giving its employees the opportunity to participate in pro-bono projects for non-profit organizations, enabling them to put their professional skills at the disposal of charities.

Employees have also the opportunity to give their time to the social cause of their choice by taking part in solidarity days. These annual Powerdays enable our volunteers’ employees to work on the ground or on pro-bono assignments related to the project of their choice.

In line with our societal commitments, Wavestone is a partner of the Institut Villebon-Georges Charpak, an innovative educational program that aims to make excellence in higher education accessible to all. This sponsorship is based on mentoring actions for students with potential and offering them equal opportunities in their studies.

Every year, we dedicate over 10,000 person-days to supporting NGOs, whether through transformation projects or solidarity challenges.

Financial support of projects with societal impact

Wavestone provides long-term financial support for underprivileged children’s non-profit organizations and specific humanitarian crises.

Since 2009 through the Wavestone Foundation, and through the Wavestone UK Trust, Wavestone supports the financing of projects dedicated to disadvantaged children, mainly in situations of poverty or extreme deprivation. Wavestone employees are involved in the selection of projects supported by the Foundation, paying particular attention to project sustainability and the principle of empowering beneficiaries.
