Florian POUCHET

Florian Pouchet leads the UK cybersecurity and operational resilience teams.

With nearly 20 years’ experience in cybersecurity and resilience, Florian oversees cybersecurity strategies, regulatory remediation programs, IAM (Identity and Access Management) transformation and operational resilience implementation. Florian also tackles innovative areas such as securing artificial intelligence and preparing for quantum computing.

Florian is active in the cybersecurity and resilience community, as the Wavestone ambassador for SASIG, an SME fellow of SPRITE+, member of Defense and Security Innovation Ecosystem and mentor for cybersecurity start-ups, areas he has been involved in since 2016.

Yves REMBERT

After graduating from Grenoble Ecole de Management and spending 5 years in ERP design and deployment within the IT departments of two major CAC-40 groups, Yves joined Wavestone 10 years ago to launch a career in consulting.

Since then, Yves has become the preferred contact for CIOs and CTOs, developing the ability to address their entire scope and solve their most complex problems: master planning, steering and securing major IT transformation programs such as Go to Cloud, mergers and acquisitions, securing IT service quality, IT cost optimization consulting, and IT organization agility consulting.

At Wavestone, Yves has been supporting the development of employees for over 8 years through his role as Career Development Manager. He is also in charge of the Cloud Forward offering and acts as Client Manager for certain key clients in his practice, making a major contribution to the firm’s commercial development in his area of expertise.

Tilly SONOIKI

Tilly joined Wavestone in 2018, where she initially worked in the CIO Advisory practice in the UK. In 2022, she became part of the leadership team for the US Cyber practice moving across the pond to help our North America growth strategy. She earned her degree in Architectural Engineering from Loughborough University and subsequently completed a Master’s degree in Business Management at University College London.

Throughout her 12-year consulting career, Tilly has led numerous large-scale cyber transformation and resilience programs, as well as digital transformation and cost optimization initiatives. Her expertise encompasses the entire process from strategy development to technical implementation, with a strong focus on cybersecurity and IT challenges in various sectors, notably financial services, banking, luxury goods, and retail.

Tilly has been instrumental in advising global CIOs and CISOs in these industries, preparing them for the essential technology and security requirements in today’s market. Her background in IT, procurement, and cybersecurity enables her to provide clients with comprehensive, well-rounded advice and exceptional delivery, addressing all facets of their businesses.
