Meet Wavestone’s newly promoted leaders, deepening our AI, cybersecurity, and industry expertise

Tom LALLEMENT

Tom helps organizations redesign processes, improve performance, and deliver complex technology-enabled change through large-scale business and operating model transformations.

In recent years, he has built a strong focus on the energy sector, supporting leading industry players in the design and delivery of strategic business and digital transformation programs.

With over 15 years of consulting experience, starting in IT infrastructure, Tom has been part of the ALMA (Alps, Mediterranean, Atlas) business unit since its creation, playing a key role in its growth by shaping its go-to-market strategy, leading strategic business development initiatives, and expanding both its client portfolio and consulting capabilities.

In this new position, Tom will continue to grow Wavestone’s presence in the energy sector and the ALMA business unit’s reach across the Southeast of France.

Yann BOUGAUX

With nearly 20 years of consulting experience, Yann helps leading organizations in the industrial and energy sectors deliver large-scale transformation programs and capture business value from data and AI across the Southeast of France and Morocco region.

Since joining Wavestone in 2017, he has built and scaled the firm’s data and AI for industrial and energy clients and has led numerous strategic transformation initiatives that combine executive advisory with hands-on delivery leadership.

Outside of work, Yann is an endurance athlete and father of two, experiences that have shaped his resilience, long-term perspective, and belief that exceptional results are achieved through collective success.

As Partner, he will continue supporting clients in their AI-driven transformations, help accelerate Wavestone’s growth in the AI market, and invest in developing the next generation of consulting leaders.

Noémie HONORE

With 15 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, Noemie advises private organizations, public bodies, and European institutions on cybersecurity strategy, resilience, culture, and regulatory compliance. She now leads Wavestone’s Brussels office, and a team of 30 cybersecurity specialists.

After seven years with Wavestone in Paris, she moved to Brussels to support the development of the firm’s business in Belgium, and has since developed TAMAM, a framework designed to assess and strengthen cybersecurity culture.

Alongside her client work, Noemie plays an active role in the Belgian and European cybersecurity ecosystem through Cyber Made in Belgium, the Belgian Cyber Security Coalition, and ENISA’s Awareness Raising Community, and serves on the Board of Directors of Women4Cyber Belgium to foster diversity in the field.

Together with her team, she is now focused on the next chapter of growth for Wavestone in Brussels, with plans to further expand the firm’s cybersecurity and AI capabilities in Belgium and across Europe.

Vincent ROYER

With more than 20 years of cybersecurity consulting experience, Vincent brings deep expertise in governance and risk, with a strong focus on financial services security and, more recently, artificial intelligence security.

Since joining Wavestone in 2004, when cybersecurity was still a small team of consultants, he has helped shape its growth into the cybersecurity business unit it is today, contributing to the creation of the firm’s security audit and offensive security offering and supporting the development of its governance and risk management, identity and access management, and infrastructure security practices.

For several years, he has coordinated Wavestone’s cybersecurity activities in the financial services sector, working with major banks and insurers on redesigning security organizations, responding to regulatory audits, and defining strategic roadmaps.

As Partner, Vincent remains closely engaged with his financial services clients while overseeing the development of Wavestone’s Cyber x AI activities, helping organizations secure their use of AI and put it to work in their own security operations.

Baptistin BUCHET

Based in New York, Baptistin co-leads Wavestone’s cybersecurity North America unit and drives business development across the region’s offerings and capability groups, with a particular focus on insurance, healthcare, and life sciences.

He joined Wavestone 13 years ago as an intern in France and moved to the United States in 2017. Between 2017 and 2023, he helped build the North American cybersecurity team from the ground up, to more than 60 consultants today. He draws on dual expertise in cybersecurity and large-scale technology modernization, developed early in his career through hands-on technical roles including penetration testing, red teaming, and digital forensics.

As Partner, his ambition is to accelerate Wavestone’s growth in North America by bringing together the firm’s full range of capabilities, including Cybersecurity, CIO Advisory, AI, and Sourcing, for large organizations, with Canada as the next major growth priority.

Céline GAUTHIER

With over 17 years of experience, Celine specializes in leading large-scale transformation programs for mobility and transport clients, supporting major industry players in delivering complex business and digital transformations through strategic vision, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the sector’s challenges. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her ability to bring people together around ambitious goals and turn transformation programs into collective journeys. Passionate about developing talent, she is deeply committed to helping consultants grow and build confidence. She is actively involved in the firm’s diversity and inclusion initiatives as a member of Lead’Her, Wavestone’s women’s network, advocating for greater gender equality and the advancement of women into leadership roles. As Partner, Celine will continue to strengthen Wavestone’s position as a trusted advisor to mobility and transport organizations while fostering an inclusive, people-centered culture.

Jalilah GIBSON

Jalilah is specializing in customer engagement, omnichannel technical and business transformation, digital strategy, and AI-enabled business change, helping pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations translate strategy into measurable business outcomes. With more than two decades of combined industry and consulting experience, she has led complex transformation programs across commercial, medical, and customer-facing functions, helping organizations improve customer experience, strengthen engagement capabilities, and accelerate the adoption of innovative ways of working. At Wavestone, she has played a key role in the growth of the life sciences business unit through client delivery, business development, thought leadership, and people development, and is recognized for building trusted client relationships and high-performing teams. As Partner, Jalilah will continue expanding Wavestone’s impact across the life sciences sector, helping clients deliver meaningful change while fostering the next generation of consulting talent.

Eva ROSILIO

Eva leads business development for the artificial intelligence business unit at Wavestone in Paris, bringing a sharp understanding of both clients’ challenges and Wavestone’s expertise, built across consulting and sales.

She joined the firm 14 years ago in the tech & digital consulting teams, and in 2020 made a decisive move into commercial roles, first in the public sector, then leading the LVMH account, before becoming Head of Sales for the artificial intelligence business unit.

True to Wavestone’s intrapreneurial spirit, she also created and led Shake’UP, the firm’s start-up asset, for several years, and headed Wavestone’s largest commercial operation at VivaTech.

As Senior Account Director, Eva now focuses on strengthening Wavestone’s positioning in artificial intelligence, growing its partner ecosystem, and expanding the firm’s AI footprint in the French market.

Fanny VERJAT

Fanny plays a key role in developing Wavestone’s strategic accounts in the luxury sector, particularly within the LVMH ecosystem, and contributes to the performance of the firm’s digital customer business unit.

She joined Wavestone more than 10 years ago and built her career across business teams, spending her first 7 years within the financial services business unit supporting major banking institutions such as Societe Generale and BNP Paribas, before transitioning to luxury.

As Senior Account Director, she will continue to strengthen Wavestone’s position as a trusted partner to leading luxury brands, helping clients unlock business value through large-scale AI transformations.

Jonathan GERARDIN

Jonathan is an architect and leader of complex technology transformations, helping executives define their data & AI trajectories and translate them into concrete information systems modernization programs. He brings end-to-end expertise from cloud infrastructure to data, AI, and agentic platforms across the banking, insurance, energy, and industrial sectors.

He joined Wavestone in 2008 and has contributed to major technology transformation programs since 2015. He is currently responsible for the architecture of a breakthrough core systems modernization for an insurance leader. He has also contributed to selecting a cloud-native data & AI platform for a major insurer and led the implementation of a fully cloud-native infrastructure platform for a neobank with more than 500,000 clients.

Jonathan is also responsible for developing Wavestone’s value proposition and thought leadership on data, AI, and agentic platforms.

He is now working on the deep transformation of information systems needed to let large organizations deploy AI agents at scale, in a robust and controlled way.

Alexia BROS

As organizations accelerate AI adoption, Alexia helps them build the operational foundations needed to turn AI ambitions into scalable business impact. She plays a key role in the rapid growth of Wavestone’s AI business unit, driving operational performance, governance, talent development, and business management.

She joined Wavestone in 2017 through a two-year apprenticeship program and began her career supporting large-scale workplace and digital transformation programs before relocating to New York to help develop the firm’s workplace expertise in North America. Back in France, she led major infrastructure transformation programs in the financial services sector before moving into the AI business unit.

Alongside these activities, Alexia leads Wavestone’s strategic partnership with Google for data & AI, working closely with Google teams and clients to accelerate the adoption of AI technologies and reinforce the firm’s positioning as a leading transformation partner in the AI ecosystem.

As Associate Partner, she will continue to combine business development, transformation leadership, and organizational growth across these strategic areas of the firm.

Martin DESCAZEAUX

Martin leads the cybersecurity team within Wavestone’s ALMA (Alps, Mediterranean, Atlas) business unit across the Southeast of France and manages strategic partnerships with key local clients. Since joining Wavestone in 2011, he has built a broad cybersecurity expertise ranging from IT and business continuity to emerging cyber topics, and has led major cybersecurity programs across resilience, M&A, and regulatory compliance. As Client Manager for CMA CGM, he successfully transformed the account into a strategic key account, expanding Wavestone’s footprint while strengthening long-term client relationships. Martin will also continue to play a key role in the growth and structuring of the Marseille office, contributing to both internal and external activities.

Rouslane SADAOUI

Rouslane brings 15 years of experience and expertise in IT strategy, supply chain, and industrial transformation to clients.

Since joining Wavestone in 2015, he has led major transformation engagements for clients including Framatome, EDF, SNCF Reseau, and Savencia, covering IS master plans, greenfield entity creation, and the digital transformation of field teams from maintenance and quality to safety. He has supported clients through factory acquisitions, Industry 5.0 transitions, and the development of long-term IS roadmaps for critical infrastructure programs.

He also remains committed to raising the bar on consulting value and growing the next generation of industrial consultants.

As Associate Partner, he is committed to positioning Wavestone as the reference partner for IS transformation in France’s sovereign industries, including nuclear, rail, and industrial defense, and drives the integration of AI into large-scale transformation programs.

Axel CHAGNOLEAU

Axel helps organizations across APAC build the capabilities and regional expertise needed to manage risk with confidence, as they strengthen their cybersecurity and operational resilience.

He leads Wavestone’s cybersecurity and operational resilience business across the region while overseeing the development of the Hong Kong office. He joined Wavestone in 2012 in Paris, moving from IT governance into a sales role focused on key financial services accounts before relocating to Hong Kong in 2019 to support Wavestone’s ambitions in Asia.

Since then, he has helped structure the business, from recruitment to client relationships, and played an active role in the significant growth of the APAC business unit and its largest regional accounts.

Axel is a well-known figure in the regional cybersecurity community, regularly speaking at leading cybersecurity and technology conferences across Hong Kong and Singapore on cybersecurity, operational resilience, and technology risk.

Loïc LEBAIN

Loic uses his deep expertise in operational technology and product cybersecurity to help manufacturers deploying AI across their operations and products, to secure hyperconnected industrial environments.

As a board member of the cybersecurity business unit, he leads the product & industrial cybersecurity team, which now counts more than 120 consultants. Since joining Wavestone in 2015, passionate about risk, IT, and above all, operational technology, he has helped major accounts deploy cybersecurity roadmaps and secure their environments across sectors including energy, manufacturing, railway transport, and more recently aeronautics and defense.

He is also a certified ISA/IEC 62443 expert and a regular speaker on operational technology and product security.

He will now turn his attention to the fast deployment of AI across manufacturing operations and new products in an increasingly hyperconnected world.

Eloïse FONSALE

Eloise supports organizations through large-scale transformations, with particular expertise in leading complex programs and driving change.

With more than 15 years of experience in consulting, she began her career on performance-related topics, supporting procurement and finance functions, before developing deep expertise in transformation and change management. She first built this expertise in the transport sector and, over the past three years, in the luxury sector, most recently focusing on digital and data and AI topics.

This experience has shaped her strong belief that sustainable performance depends on putting people at the center of transformation, through engagement, strong teams, and evolving ways of working.

As Associate Partner, she will focus on developing a strategic account in the luxury sector and strengthening Wavestone’s positioning on the change management challenges associated with AI, while helping talent grow across the firm.

Eléonore GRANDEMANGE

As financial institutions navigate major regulatory and digital transformation programs, Eleonore helps them turn complex delivery challenges into lasting business impact. She has established herself as a reference in digital and regulatory transformation in financial services.

After more than 13 years at Wavestone, she has led some of the firm’s most strategic programs, including engagements at Societe Generale, BPCE, and AG2R La Mondiale, building a track record defined by consistency, rigor, and client impact.

Appreciated by both the leaders she advises and the teams she develops, Eleonore embodies Wavestone’s values of rigor, collective spirit, and commitment to helping others succeed.

She will continue to lead Wavestone’s most strategic financial services programs while helping the people she works with grow.

Quentin THIBAULT

Quentin helps banks modernize their IT and operating models to turn strategic ambitions into differentiated, high-impact transformation programs. He has established himself as a reference on IT finance, target operating model, and IT function transformation topics.

With over nearly 15 years in consulting and banking, he has successfully contributed to some of Wavestone’s most strategic programs, including engagements at Societe Generale, Credit Agricole, BPCE, and BNP Paribas, while building trusted relationships with client decision-makers.

Known for his strong sense of collective and his ability to mobilize his network, Quentin will keep applying that same commitment to growing Wavestone’s banking accounts.

Alexandre LARNIER

Alexandre supports public sector organizations in delivering their most strategic projects, driven by challenges related to security, resilience, and the transformation of public action, working with administrations and public operators on high-impact programs spanning business, organizational, and digital dimensions.

He joined Wavestone in 2014 and has contributed to the modernization of the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of the Interior, and the Ministry of Ecological Transition. Since 2018, he has been driving the modernization of France’s border information systems, at the heart of sovereignty, security, and traveler experience issues, and has piloted the development of the Interior and Justice accounts, now leading the La Poste account and coordinating the firm’s public sector commercial activities.

Passionate about ultra-trail running, Alexandre approaches his professional life with the same demands of resilience, perseverance, and commitment, and continues to strengthen Wavestone’s presence with major public institutions.

Florian GUILLAUMIN

With nearly 13 years of consulting experience, Florian advises executive teams on complex business, HR/workforce, digital, and AI transformations, helping them turn ambitious strategies into tangible results.

He specializes in the people and organizational dimensions of transformation, combining strategic advisory with hands-on program leadership to align leadership teams, evolve operating models, embed new ways of working, and, more recently, accelerate AI adoption. Throughout his career, he has partnered with leading organizations across industries on large-scale transformation programs.

Alongside his client work, Florian is committed to developing long-term client relationships, growing high-performing teams, and contributing to the continued development of Wavestone’s sustainability business unit.

Juliette SAINCY

Juliette supports organizations navigating the combined pressures of sustainability, workforce transformation, and, more recently AI transformation and its impact on organizations, helping them to connect these dimensions into a coherent, sustainable path forward. With 14 years of consulting experience at Wavestone, she has continuously developed new areas of expertise, building deep knowledge in IT organization and governance, finance operational excellence, HR transformation, sustainability, and, more recently, artificial intelligence transformation. This cross-functional background has allowed her to support major French and international organizations on complex transformation programs, including M&A initiatives, CSRD compliance, and large-scale SAP implementations, helping leadership teams translate strategy into results while securing stakeholder engagement. She has also contributed to the development of strategic client relationships, strengthening Wavestone’s presence within major accounts. Juliette’s ambition is to keep helping clients harness AI to achieve sustainable performance, combining business value creation with responsible usage, workforce adaptation, and long-term societal impact.

Myriam LAASRI

Myriam leads the innovation funding offering at Wavestone and helps industrial companies secure the funding strategies needed to turn innovation into competitiveness and growth as they pursue research and development, and innovation ambitions.

For over 14 years, she has supported industrial companies in their research and development, innovation, and transformation ambitions, and has contributed to growing the innovation funding offering, strengthening Wavestone’s presence with major players in industry, energy, and defense.

Myriam’s ambition is to keep transforming innovation funding for her clients by combining domain expertise, artificial intelligence, and new consulting approaches.

Vanisha GOKALDAS

As organizations navigate complex sourcing and transformation challenges, Vanisha helps them move confidently from strategy to execution, unlocking value across the full engagement lifecycle.

She has built a proven track record across both sales and delivery, driving significant account growth as a client manager through new mandates and delivery-led extensions, with an engagement portfolio spanning sourcing and procurement, IT strategy, and large-scale change programs for senior stakeholders in financial services, energy, consumer goods, and aviation.

Beyond her client work, Vanisha is a recognized internal leader within the UK business unit, having shaped how the business manages performance and resourcing. She also combines strong commercial ownership with delivery credibility across a broad range of sectors.

She will continue to lead learning and development for the UK, with a clear ambition to strengthen capability, engagement, and long-term growth across the business unit.

Hajar EL HAMMOUMI

Hajar helps banking, financial services, and insurance organizations turn complex technology and risk challenges into secure, actionable business outcomes. As a cybersecurity and IT risk leader with extensive experience, she supports these organizations in addressing their most strategic challenges.

Since joining Wavestone, she has led numerous high-impact engagements spanning cybersecurity transformation, IT risk strategy, and large-scale remediation and regulatory programs, and is recognized for translating complex technology and risk challenges into actionable business outcomes while building trusted relationships with senior executives. She also drives innovation initiatives, including the adoption of artificial intelligence to reshape IT and cybersecurity operating models.

As Associate Partner, she will continue to accelerate Wavestone North America’s growth in the banking, financial services, and insurance sector, while helping clients build secure, innovative, and resilient organizations.

Mark JENKINS

Mark supports organizations investing in data platforms and AI capabilities, to turn technical complexity into clear, actionable strategies that strengthen client relationships and unlock new opportunities. He brings a dual background in information technology and finance, with a professional history spanning financial services, consumer products, defense and civil government, and technology industries.

Over a career of more than 30 years, he has delivered client solutions in data platforms, application development leadership, private equity technology assessments, and IT cost assessments.

As part of the North America AI and data business unit, Mark will continue to leverage his expertise in strategy development, data modeling and management, and information delivery tools and platforms to drive thought leadership that strengthens client relationships and generates new opportunities.
