In brief:
Gender Equality at Wavestone in key figures
- Worldwide, 89% of women agreed that people at Wavestone are treated fairly regardless of their gender in the Great Place to Work® global survey.
- 76% of women responded positively to questions around five key dimensions of the survey assessing respect, pride, credibility, fairness and camaraderie in the workplace.
- Women represent 41% of staff and 34% of management roles at Wavestone (global figures as of March 31, 2026). Women’s representation in management increased by 1.5 percentage points compared with the previous fiscal year.
What makes the difference
While there is still more to achieve, we continue to make progress through concrete actions:
- Recruitment steering: Recruitment teams implemented gender balance targets in each business unit and developed relationships with key campuses through events such as Women Connect – Cybersecurity.
- Talent monitoring: HR teams identify women with strong career trajectories and ensure they benefit from the right conditions to grow, through tailored support, strategic assignments and access to key roles.
- Women’s representation in top management: Guidelines for gender balance in business unit steering teams, promotion shortlists and promotion decision roundtables.
- Training & awareness: Mandatory sessions on ordinary sexism for everyone, inclusive management training for newly promoted managers and a dedicated leadership program for female talent.
- Local networks driving change: Gender Equality Relays embody Wavestone’s policy locally by organizing workshops, roundtables and safe-space discussions. Women’s networks, such as the recently launched LeadHer network or the Women’s Network in the GSA+ region, enable women employees to build valuable connections.
- Partnerships: Wavestone is also a partner of the Women’s Forum for the Economy & Society and supports, in France, the #StOpE initiative, which aims to fight ordinary sexism in the workplace.
Progress happens when commitment is translated into concrete actions. Our ambition is to continue building a workplace where everyone has the same opportunities to grow and succeed.
Building on progress and continuing the journey
As the market context challenges Wavestone, we will continue to set high standards for gender balance: supporting women’s career advancement into senior roles, maintaining a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination and continuing to give our female talent greater visibility, both internally and externally.
