Biography of Armando Chiodi
Armando Chiodi is a Partner at Wavestone, where he leads the firm’s Cybersecurity Advisory practice across the GSA region. As a certified IT business economist, he has been part of the company since 2004 and became a Partner in 2008. With many years of experience in information security, IT consulting, and business management, he helps organizations achieve their goals in a secure and sustainable way.
He started his career at Credit Suisse as an application developer, where he gained strong technical expertise. At Wavestone, he built the company’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and guided the firm through several key certifications. Earlier in his career, he was responsible for core back-office functions such as Finance and HR, and served as Key Account Manager for major clients in software development, infrastructure, security, testing, and banking. These early management roles laid the foundation for his leadership approach, entrepreneurial mindset, and strategic perspective.
