He structures complex challenges, supports executives as a sparring partner, and develops growth strategies and target visions for ambitious initiatives. His areas of focus span industrial value creation, from the automotive and manufacturing sectors to energy and materials science. Manuel places people at the center of every transformation and effectively connects business and technology. He actively promotes this vision externally and supports clients in embedding it within their organizations.
His career combines many years of experience in consulting, entrepreneurship and engineering. As Senior Manager for AI and a member of the core team responsible for corporate strategy, he leads strategic topics at the intersection of business and technology for Wavestone and its clients. Previously, he was responsible for AI growth across the DACH region, worked in the automotive and industrial sectors, and served as co-founder and CEO of a technology start-up specializing in production intelligence. The foundation of his expertise is a doctorate in Engineering, with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science, focused on combining multiphysics simulations with artificial neural networks.
