Hélène Cambournac is with Wavestone in France since 2020. Hélène has gained extensive experience in leading international transformations and tackling sustainability challenges.
Hélène Cambournac is a senior manager and Chief Sustainability Officer since 2020 at Wavestone. Her career started in 2008 when she joined Ineum Consulting/Kurt Salmon (now Wavestone) as a consultant, after graduating from the Grande Ecole program at the EM Lyon business school.
With a background deeply rooted in the Financial Services sector, Hélène has gained extensive experience in leading international transformations and tackling sustainability challenges. Her consulting background has given her an understanding of the complex dynamics of organizational change and the imperatives of sustainability in today’s business landscape.
She has a passion for people and strives to engage and dialogue with all stakeholders on the sustainability journey.
