Biography of Lorraine Auguste
Lorraine Auguste is a seasoned leader in the fields of press, marketing, and communications with extensive experience. She serves as Lead Communications & Marketing for the GSA region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), as well as Poland and Romania, at the global consulting firm Wavestone. Based in Zurich, she leads an international team.
Her expertise is underpinned by an Executive Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Digital Marketing & Corporate Innovations. In her master’s thesis, she explored the topic of gamification in international B2B marketing, highlighting her passion for innovative marketing strategies and digital transformation. Her academic focus includes Artificial Intelligence (AI), Augmented and Virtual Reality, neuromarketing, as well as brand management both online and offline.
Before joining Wavestone, Lorraine played a key role in Digital Marketing Management at another consulting firm in Switzerland, where she was responsible for the digital customer journey, multi-channel marketing, marketing automation, and website management. She also worked as Key Account & Marketing Manager at Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier, where she optimized SEO initiatives and maintained international partner relationships. With her many years of experience in leading teams and managing complex campaigns, she is a driving force behind digital and strategic brand development. In addition to her professional work, she is also actively involved on a voluntary basis as the choir director of the Pumpkins Singers.
