Biography of Martin Reitberger
Based in Munich, Martin Reitberger leads the Global Technology & Innovation Portfolio at Wavestone. With over twenty years of experience in IT consulting, system integration, and software development, he combines deep engineering expertise with the commercial leadership skills required to build high-performing technology units.
Through long-standing partnerships, Martin embeds innovative technology solutions with key international clients in the automotive, energy, and industrial manufacturing sectors. Together with his team, he drives the scaling of Cloud-Native Software Engineering and Sovereign AI to support European companies in regulated industries with their digital transformation.
Martin Reitberger joined Wavestone in Germany as an Associate Partner in 2023, taking charge of the German technology team. In this role, he co-founded the Global Technology & Innovation Portfolio—a cross-border practice with teams in Germany, Switzerland, Poland, and Romania. Prior to this, Martin, a graduate in Information Systems, spent many years in pivotal management and architecture roles within the IT industry and the professional services sector.
