Biography of Mathilde Rodari

Mathilde Rodari is a Manager in Data Governance based in Geneva office, where she supports organizations in structuring and securing their data and AI initiatives. With a strong background in IT and data architecture, she is recognized for her ability to quickly grasp complex topics and translate technical challenges into actionable, business-oriented solutions.

Mathilde joined Wavestone in 2018 in Paris, initially driven by a desire to explore alternatives to a traditional engineering career. She began her journey within the IT and Data Architecture practice, where she gained hands-on experience across a wide range of technical and architectural topics. Among her key contributions, she worked on the design of inter-application data flows as part of the implementation of an AWS platform aimed at digitalizing Sodexo BRS activities. She also served as a project manager on the migration of Framatome’s scientific activities to a shared High-Performance Computing (HPC) infrastructure.

Seeking a change of environment while continuing her career at Wavestone, Mathilde later completed an internal mobility to the Geneva office, where she has now been based for six years. Leveraging her strong foundations in architecture, she played a central role in the design and implementation of an AI platform and associated processes for training and inference of machine learning models, applied to production quality challenges for a leading Geneva-based watchmaker. This experience marked a turning point in her career, leading her to specialize in data and AI governance across multiple sectors, including luxury, public services, and healthcare.

Mathilde holds a double degree from Centrale Nantes, where she earned an engineering degree with a specialization in Embedded Systems, and from the Technical University of Munich (TUM), where she completed a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering. This international academic path provided her with solid technical foundations ranging from computational intelligence to aerodynamics, while strengthening her abstraction skills and her fluency in both English and German.

Beyond her professional role, Mathilde is also the mother of two young children. She is deeply committed to contributing to the development and management of the AI and Data offering in Switzerland, and to fostering the positive way that drew her to Wavestone and continues to shape her engagement today.
