Morgan Calles is a seasoned IT strategist and Manager within the CTO Advisory practice at Wavestone in Geneva. With nearly fifteen years of experience in infrastructure and systems management, he specializes in guiding organizations through digital transformation with a specific focus on Cloud solutions and Sustainable IT.
Since joining Wavestone in 2018, Morgan has established himself as a trusted advisor for complex infrastructure projects, marking a career defined by a strong technical foundation and a successful transition into high-level strategic consulting. In his current role, he leads advisory missions that help clients optimize their technological footprint while aligning with modern sustainability goals.
Prior to his tenure at Wavestone, Morgan spent several years at Agoravita as an Infrastructure Project Manager. During this time, he was instrumental in developing IaaS and SaaS offerings and managing large-scale datacenter migrations. His early career included roles as an IT Systems Manager and Junior Project Manager, which provided him with a comprehensive understanding of network administration, virtualization, and IT support.
Morgan holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from SUPINFO and maintains top-tier industry credentials, including certifications as a Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert and a Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
