Biography of Thierry Debleds
Thierry Debleds is a highly accomplished Partner in IT Strategy and Transformation at Wavestone, based in Geneva, bringing over 20 years of experience in IT consulting to his role. A graduate of Telecom ParisTech, he has enabled more than 50 major companies to successfully define their IT strategies and significantly optimize their Information Systems. His expertise encompasses the full spectrum of a large company’s IT landscape, from application development tools to datacenter infrastructures, allowing him to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, ranging from technical experts to C-level executives.
Throughout his career, Thierry has demonstrated robust leadership and management capabilities, successfully overseeing approximately 100 complex projects and supervising large internal teams. He has a proven track record in developing new business initiatives and ensuring high collective performance. Before joining Wavestone, he held senior management and leadership roles at Solucom (which later became Wavestone), including leading the Datacenter & Cloud Services Business Line and serving as a Board Member of the IS/IT Architecture Practice.
