Biography of Tom Wiltberger
Tom Wiltberger is a Manager in Wavestone’s Artificial Intelligence team, where he leads the firm’s AI Lab and Agentic Platform offer.
Since joining Wavestone in 2024, he has led initiatives related to generative AI, including the Xplore program, which identifies new business and technology opportunities linked to artificial intelligence. His experience also includes the development of GenAI platforms, the management of GenAI transformation programs, and the acculturation of executive and management teams to artificial intelligence.
Before joining Wavestone, Tom spent more than five years as Co-Founder and CEO of Zar, an AI-powered startup developing real-time coaching solutions for competitive gamers. The platform combines artificial intelligence, gaming data, and community-generated content to deliver personalized in-game guidance and performance improvement.
A graduate of ESSEC Business School and a Visiting Scholar at the University of California, Berkeley, Tom combines an entrepreneurial background with hands-on experience in artificial intelligence. His career spans both startup creation and the development of AI solutions for large organizations.
