SoluCom appoints Pascale Besse as Chief Financial Officer

The SoluCom Group announces the appointment of Pascale Besse at the position of Chief Financial Officer. She is responsible for SoluCom's Financial management and investors relations.

Graduated from HEC School of Management in 1995, Pascale Besse started her career in audit at Deloitte where she led auditorship and due diligence projects for large financial institutions.

In 2000, she joined the Investment Banking department at Calyon (Crédit Agricole Group). Until today, as an Associate Director, she executed mergers and acquisitions and equity capital market deals.

The financial management's strengthening of SoluCom is linked to the expected growth in the short and mid terms, the Group having the ambition to reach in 2007 revenues of € 55 M as compared to € 31,5 M as of 31^st of March 2005.
