Biografie of Mike McClaine
Mike McClaine is Partner and Head of North America at Wavestone. He joined the firm after Wavestone acquired Aspirant in 2025, where he served as CEO for seven years. During that time, he led the firm’s expansion, strengthened its consulting capabilities, and built lasting relationships with clients across industries.
Mike brings more than 30 years of experience helping Fortune 500 companies address complex challenges. His background spans strategy, operations, marketing, technology, supply chain, and organizational change. In addition to his professional work, Mike serves as Chair of the Board for Domestic Violence Services of Southwestern Pennsylvania, reflecting his commitment to both business and community leadership.
Mike holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a BS in Economics from Pennsylvania State University.
