Olivier Gentil-Beccot
Olivier joined Wavestone in 2005. After several years working on IT and enterprise architecture topics, he broadened his expertise to complex transformation programs combining business process redesign, implementation of new information systems, and changes to operating models.
He then took on responsibilities in the development and operational management of the business unit in charge of IT architecture and data topics (more than 300 consultants), while continuing to build his expertise through large-scale business and IT transformation programs across a wide range of industries.
Since 2022, he has been a member of the leadership team of the Digital Customer business unit and has been driving Wavestone’s growth within major players in the Luxury sector, particularly around Retail and Operations transformations.
Associate partners
Clarisse Aublanc
With nearly 17 years of consulting experience, Clarisse has specialized in supporting the human aspects of transformation projects.
She works on complex, large-scale programs, often with an international scope. Her expertise includes designing and leading change strategies, reorganizations, supporting cultural transformations, team coaching, and structuring change management functions.
At Wavestone, Clarisse is responsible for leading and coordinating our change management activities and offerings. She also oversees the Change’hub, our center of excellence for change.
Aurélien Deveaux
Aurélien joined Wavestone in December 2013 after completing engineering studies at CentraleSupélec and Imperial College London. He has developed international expertise in Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, and IT strategy.
After nine years of consulting in the Paris region, he joined Wavestone North America in New York in 2022, where he is a member of the leadership team for the Transformation & Technology offering.
Over the years, Aurélien has worked with more than 40 major clients across a wide range of industries and geographies, building strong expertise in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and Life Sciences.
His in-depth understanding of technological transformation challenges, combined with strong hands-on experience across numerous large-scale programs, makes him a trusted partner for CTOs, CIOs, and CDOs—both in strategic planning phases and in the execution of large-scale initiatives.
Hélène Dutilleul
Hélène joined Wavestone in 2012. Over her 13-year career, she has developed a comprehensive, end-to-end expertise in cybersecurity and resilience. She has led numerous cybersecurity transformation projects for our clients, combining a strong strategic vision with deep technological expertise.
In recent years, she has played a key role in strengthening the firm’s presence and visibility among major institutions in the financial services sector.
At Wavestone, Hélène has been leading the cybersecurity teams for several years, overseeing technology-related topics related to securing clients’ information systems, enhancing their detection and response capabilities, and protecting their data.
Gonzalo Gonzalez Cabrera
Gonzalo joined Wavestone in January 2024, with over 15 years of experience in consulting at BCS Consulting, Accenture UK and CGI. Since January 2026, he has led the UK AI business unit. He has gained experience and realised tangible business value across a varied set of AI engagements, including strategy and AI governance, Low-Code AI implementations, Complex Agentic AI implementations, AI Literacy campaigns, and Driving AI Adoption & ROI initiatives.
He brings experience in technology and business transformations, risk advisory and change management, with a strong focus on the Financial Services sector.
At Wavestone, he has always been strongly involved in business development activities as well as coaching and training team members, with a particular interest in AI upskilling across the UK office to harness the potential of AI for our teams and our clients.
Additionally, Gonzalo is also actively engaged in thought leadership and networking; regularly writing articles, organizing AI round tables and knowledge-sharing events.
Cécile Obez
Cecile currently leads Sales across North America at Wavestone. She joined the firm 11 years ago as an intern and built her foundation within the Paris teams over four years, delivering large-scale technology transformation programs.
She then relocated to New York to help expand Wavestone’s footprint in North America, contributing to the growth of the region from a 25-person organization to a team of more than 250 employees. Along the way, she developed a strong focus on AI and business process optimization, with a specialization in the Life Sciences space. Cecile works closely with pharma and biotech organizations to improve business performance, modernize operating models, and translate technology innovations into measurable outcomes through Value Realization Offices.
She has worked with leading Life Sciences companies such as Sanofi, supporting transformations from roadmap definition to execution. She is currently accountable for driving growth within Sanofi in North America while ensuring a consistently high level of client satisfaction.
Cecile was appointed Head of Sales for North America, with the ambition to significantly accelerate revenue growth across the region. She drives business development across Wavestone’s core offerings in this geography, spanning cybersecurity, business consulting, AI and data transformation, and sourcing and services optimization.
Danny Owen
Danny is an Associate Partner at Wavestone in the UK, specializing in large-scale IT and digital transformation programs. He has over a decade of experience supporting CIOs and technology leaders through complex change, with a particular focus on operating model transformation, sourcing strategy, program assurance, and technology cost optimization.
Danny works extensively with multinational organizations across Life Sciences, Media, CPG, and Financial Services. He has led major transformation initiatives covering Cloud and infrastructure modernization, service management and SIAM, data and AI operating models, and enterprise technology governance. His work often sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping clients translate ambitious transformation objectives into pragmatic, deliverable roadmaps and business cases.
At Wavestone, Danny plays a key role in account development and senior client relationships, notably within the Life Sciences sector. He is recognized for his structured, outcome-driven approach and his ability to bring clarity and momentum to complex, multi-vendor programs. Alongside client delivery, he is actively involved in developing Wavestone’s Technology Advisory propositions and in mentoring and coaching consultants as part of the firm’s leadership community.
