Biography of Thorsten Schrader
Thorsten is responsible as Sales Lead for Wavestone’s Financial Services Business in the GSA and some international insurance clients.
He has spent more than a decade advising financial services firms, with a deep focus on the global insurance sector. His track record spans major core-system renewals in all lines of business, large-scale legacy IT decommissioning, and the design of platform-driven business models. Thorsten’s led programs as a senior transformation manager, shaped IT strategies around digital value cases, and guided organizations through complex structural change. His current focus lies on helping our customers executives in shaping and executing their large-scale business and IT transformation journeys with tailor-made advice as well as hands-on execution.
Thorsten has a particular interest in modern leadership models and how they reshape consulting teams.
