Laurence Al Neimi has been with Wavestone since 2012, supporting insurance companies in the design and delivery of transformation programs.

She is a Senior Manager in Wavestone’s Insurance practice. With 25 years of experience in the sector, she has led strategic studies and large-scale transformation initiatives for major insurance players.

Before joining Wavestone, Laurence held project management and transformation leadership roles at La Mutuelle Générale, Sopra Group, CGSI Consulting and Marsh McLennan. Her experience spans health, property and casualty, and protection insurance, covering organizational, operational and information systems transformation.

Throughout her career, she has contributed to the evolution of the insurance sector through the leadership of major transformation programs and strategic initiatives.
