Once again, Wavestone confirms its position as a go-to employer by being listed in the Best Workplaces Europe 2023 ranking, in the category of companies with over 500 employees. Organized by the Great Place to Work Institute, this ranking rewards companies that have achieved the best results in the 2022 Great Place to Work survey, measuring employee engagement and quality of work-life. This accolade further solidifies Wavestone's ongoing commitment to fostering a fulfilling corporate culture and ensuring excellence in workplace well-being.

A Great Place to Work Recognized in France and Globally

This award joins a series of accolades that have highlighted 2023, thereby confirming Wavestone's position as a company known for its positive work environment.

In 2023, the consulting firm secured the top spot in the Great Place to Work France list in the category of companies with over 2500 employees for the second consecutive year. It was also distinguished among the Best Workplaces for Women, thus recognizing the efforts made through Wavestone's global Diversity & Inclusion policy.

Wavestone has also achieved significant results internationally: the firm ranks 4th in the Great Place to Work in Luxembourg in the category of medium-sized companies and is among the Best Workplaces for Wellbeing and Best Workplaces in the Consulting and Professional Services sector in the UK. All Wavestone offices have received the 'Great Place to Work' certification, demonstrating the consistency and effectiveness of the firm's initiatives in promoting workplace well-being.

The Positive Way, the Driving Force Behind Excellence

To maintain its leadership position among the Great Places to Work, Wavestone relies on four fundamental values grouped under The Positive Way: Customer Satisfaction, Employee Development, Responsibility and Ethics, and Team Spirit. This set of values guides all employees, regardless of their country of work, level of experience, or position within the company, ensuring that the focus remains steadfast as the firm grows. This distinction comes as Wavestone has just announced a combination project with the German firm Q_PERIOR, aimed at creating a European consulting champion. Sharing a common vision focused on well-being and employee development, the two entities would not only form an ethical and civic-minded company but also a Best Workplace at a European level.

Fanny Rouhet, HR Development Director, comments on this ambition: “We are particularly proud to to be named one of Europe's Best Workplaces this year. It is even more encouraging considering that, within the context of the combination project with Q_PERIOR, we aim to radiate the values that unite our teams around The Positive Way, to create a true European 'Best Place to Work' and become an employer of choice for top talent.”
