Wavestone’s transversal functions are centralized and include, for some of them, sponsors within the consulting teams. Thus, you are in direct interaction with various individuals within the firm and beyond.

It gives benchmarks, known to employees and their management, to understand what is expected at each level and identify the skills to develop in order to successfully take new steps.
