Today we encourage ideas that will define Wavestone tomorrow. The firm’s HR teams are extremely attentive to the ability to share ideas, a project or ways of improving the company, regardless of their position or seniority.
“The Idea” internal ideation competition allows the best ideas of employees to come together and be put into practice. Among the projects already carried out: the introduction of the ticket-restaurant card in France, the development of a nap room in the Parisian premises…
In 2019, a new floor of our Parisian premises has been redesigned at the initiative of a group of consultants. They have evolved the layout of workspaces, incorporating innovative practices related to the real needs of their profession.
Regardless of their seniority or expertise, all consultants are invited to creating content to contribute to the firm’s expertise.

Wavestone’s CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) strategy has been defined collaboratively across the firm; it is embodied through the actions of our employees. On a day-to-day basis, we are all responsible for Wavestone’s positive impact on its stakeholders, both internal and external to the company.
